Located in Eagle, Colorado, Knapp Harvest was founded to educate our community about the work we do at Knapp Ranch by showcasing our signature products and vision for the future. At Knapp Harvest, you'll find fresh organic produce, grown at our high mountain ranch in Edwards, Colorado and at our partner farm, Osage Gardens, in New Castle, Colorado. Other Knapp Ranch products include furniture, cutting boards, and kitchen utensils produced from beetle-kill forests on Knapp Ranch, honey, lip balm and hand cream made from Knapp Ranch bees, our exclusive line of Knapp Ranch logo wear, and coffee-table book, Living Beneath the Colorado Peaks: The Story of Knapp Ranch.
We source and sell locally-grown and produced products from the Vail and Roaring Fork Valleys. Our goal is simple. We're here to support our community and our economy through innovative products, strategic alliances, and a vision for the future that includes all of us. We're all about accessible, diverse, abundant, and sustainably produced local products.
