The Full Belly Food Truck is located off the Gypsum Exit behind The Shell Gas Station at 500 Trail Gulch Road in Gypsum, CO! They are usually open Tuesdays - Saturdays from Noon - 6pm but please call ahead as they do have catering events that do take them away from the food truck. After years of smoking meat for their friends and hosting numerous gatherings with satisfied appetites, they decided to turn their passion into a business. Catering is also available. They offer smoked brisket, pulled pork, ribs, smoke-a-fried wings, and The Full Belly Smash Burger! Get your belly full at The Full Belly!
